Design by Dali

It is a less known facet of Salvador Dali that tevadeco invites you to discover at the end of the year. On the occasion of the retrospective of the pictorial works of the great Spanish master at the Center Georges Pompidou, go to the MY Design boutique and gallery in Paris to discover the furniture designed by the painter and published by BD Barcelona. Dali had decorated his interior by placing irony and offset it in the center of his decoration. These pieces of furniture, which he had partly imagined for him, are reissued by the prestigious Spanish brand BD Barcelona. Not far from the sculpture, Salvador Dali's furniture seems straight out of his canvases. Atypical and very elegant, we find of course the humor, the shift and the surrealist imprint of the master. So do not miss the centerpiece of his painting "Face of Mae West that can be used as a surreal apartment", either the Dalilips sofa inspired by the luscious mouth of Mae West, sex symbol of the 30s or the armchair opposite Gala and Dali in tribute to his muse and wife Gala. Similarly, find the famous crutch, staged with the Bracelli floor lamp whose shape takes up the position of the Venus de Milo. So if you too want to make surrealism a way of life at home, note this appointment in your diaries: "Salvador Dali and design" from November 15 and until December 30 at the MY Design boutique-gallery .
